The app consists of 9 categories (Human, Animals, Cartoon, Vehicle, Police & War, Weapon, Horror, Production, Everyday). Each category contains thematically sorted sounds that seems to be most popular in its category. You can easily replace sounds whith some other you prefer more or add new thematic categories.
